Job descriptionOperative Führung von ca. 30–35 Mitarbeitenden im Spätdienst Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs Prioritäten setzen, Aufgaben verteilen und aktiv unterstützen Ansprechpartner in für das Team und Bindeglied zur Produktionsleitung Berufserfahrung in Hotellerie / Gastronomie, idealerweise als Housekeeping-Leitung, Assistent in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und gutes Auge fürs Detail Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, ein vielfältiges Team zu motivieren Belastbar, organisiert und kommunikationsstark Bereitschaft, im Sommer den Spätdienst zu übernehmen Gute Deutschkenntnisse Eine abwechslungsreiche Position mit Verantwortung Strukturierte Einarbeitung durch unsere Produktionsleitung Ein kollegiales, internationales Team Moderne Infrastruktur und klare Prozesse Festanstellung in einem zukunftssicheren Unternehmen Faire Anstellungsbedingungen

Die Wäsche-Perle AG ist eine überregional tätige Grosswäscherei mit modernstem Maschinenpark und Lösungen für ein erfolgreiches Textilmanagement.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben
Qualitätssicherung & Prozesskontrolle
- Kontrolle der Wäschequalität (Sauberkeit, Sortierung, Endkontrolle)
- Sicherstellen und Optimieren interner Abläufe
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsleitung
- Reklamationsmanagement sowie Umsetzung von Qualitätsstandards
Teamleitung im Spätdienst (Juni bis Oktober)
