Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Executive (Junior to Intermediate) with 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing and campaign management within the fast‑moving consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate thrives in high‑volume, consumer‑focused environments, enjoys driving brand growth through integrated marketing campaigns, and is eager to develop strategic and executional skills on an international stage.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with the Marketing Manager and wider brand team in delivering best‑in‑class strategies across influencer, social, PR, grassroots, and NPD initiatives.
• Manage influencer activity, including paid campaigns, seeding programs, and relationships with our core influencer team to ensure strong performance and content delivery.
• Support the execution of global social calendars, owned channel content, and reporting to drive brand engagement.
• Assist with NPD launches and market entry strategies, including positioning, competitor analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with PR agencies and lead local grassroots activations, ensuring ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
• Contribute to brand strategy and growth opportunities using customer, consumer, and performance data.
• Support budget tracking, reporting, and the creation of brand assets and presentations for internal and external use.
