Student Recruitment Advisor – Full‑time | Permanent

Yoobee Christchurch Central – Location : Christchurch

About the role :

The Student Recruitment Advisor is responsible for managing enquiries and enrolments to ensure targets are met while providing a consistently high‑quality service to clients and stakeholders. This sales position focuses on meeting or exceeding new student enrolment targets for the college.

Reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, you will :

• Secure future enrolments across the campus, ensuring sales enquiries are promptly managed and converted to appointments.
• Maintain a seamless and customer‑centric enrolment process for prospective students.
• Work closely with Student Enrolment Advisors on other campuses, the Business Development Team and the Short Course Team.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of courses, employment outcomes and market positioning for our target consumers.
• Keep up to date on programme developments, learning and education processes, NZQA and TEC requirements and policies.
• Ensure strict adherence to all TEC rules, Code of Practice and company policies.
