What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a CFO with real commercial presence – someone who can combine financial rigour with entrepreneurial agility. You’ll bring :

• Senior finance leadership experience ideally in multi‑sited food manufacturing.
• Strong foundation capability across financial control, costing, pricing, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow.
• Proven success partnering with senior leaders to drive performance and commercial outcomes.
• Experience managing banking relationships, covenants and treasury.
• Strength in risk management, insurance oversight and governance.
• A leadership style that lifts capability, builds trust and brings people along with you.

For over 42 years, we’ve been making some of New Zealand’s most loved food brands – Cookie Time, Bumper, OSM, Em’s Power Bars and Higgins cookies. Our business spans franchised distribution, export partners, retail and multi‑manufacturing operations.
