energetic and motivated Finance & Administration Officer

to join our

Wellington Branch

With over

3,000 vehicles sold

40,000 serviced

, and

330,000 parts traded annually

, we need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a tangible impact in the private sector.

We're looking for someone with accounting & administration experience, particularly with month end processing, tax filing and a background in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Background in

accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting

and

administration

Excellent

organisational skills

with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong attention to detail and a

process-driven mindset

Passion for

delivering top-notch customer service

Eager to

learn, grow, and take initiative

Confidentworking independently and making decisions when needed

Intermediateskills in

Microsoft Excel

A knack for spotting and suggesting

process improvements

A team player who's ready to pitch in and support others

This role is permanent full time - 40 hours per week, 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday and is based full time at our Wellington Central Branch.
