About the role : This role will involve a broad mix of corporate and commercial work and act as an ideal and rewarding boost for your career. You will get significant contracting and advisory experience across a wide range of corporate work (including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raisings, employee share schemes, and corporate governance advice) and commercial work (including major infrastructure and energy projects, public sector contracting projects, privacy advice, and technology and intellectual property projects).

We are looking for a lawyer who has the drive and ambition to get things done. We have a very friendly and supportive team and we are after a team player to join us who is conscientious, a quick learner and keen to be part of our successful and growing Wellington practice.

Experience and qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good commercial judgement
