We are seeking a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional HR transformation services to our clients. As a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Talent Consultant, you will play a key role in leading and implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central and Talent modules for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their operational needs, design and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Recruitment, Onboarding, succession and Learning modules, and ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will help organisations streamline their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve their strategic HR and people goals.

This hybrid position is based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
