About the Role

We have a rare

opportunity for a 6 month contract for a care manager (social worker,

occupational therapist, registered nurse) to cover a secondment.

You will join

a vibrant team delivering high quality mental health care to a diverse

population.

The South community mental

health team is a friendly supportive team, with a recognition that enjoying our
