Are you a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) expert who thrives on solving complex business challenges, leading delivery teams, and shaping the future of customer experience through technology?

We're looking for a Lead or Principal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement allrounder to join our high-performing D365 team in Auckland. This senior role will suit someone who is passionate about architecting and delivering impactful solutions, mentoring others, and driving innovation across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

What you'll be doing :

• Architecting and designing robust Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Leading cross-functional teams of developers and functional consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers.
• Coaching and mentoring consultants and contributing to internal capability development.
• Driving product innovation and reusability through internal development initiatives.
• Representing Theta in the wider D365 and Power Platform community through forums, presentations, and events.
