About the Role
As Liquorland's Brand Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping "NZ's greatest liquor retail experience."
Working within a future-focused Marketing and Customer Experience team, you'll drive impactful campaigns and initiatives that connect with shoppers and consumers across every touchpoint.
This is your chance to bring creativity and data-driven insights together to elevate one of New Zealand's most trusted retail brands.
12-month fixed term contract
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of national brand campaigns aligned with the promotional calendar.
Co-manage social media content and engagement to grow customer connection.
Create and deliver targeted email communications to our customer database.
Drive communication projects for new store launches, sponsorships, and sales initiatives.
Support digital and e-commerce activities, ensuring accuracy and impact across platforms.

About You
You're a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for bringing brands to life.
From crafting engaging content to managing digital platforms, you thrive on blending creativity with precision.
You're organised, adaptable, and ready to deliver high-quality work at pace – while staying curious and collaborative every step of the way.
What You'll Bring
Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create compelling stories.
Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Canva) and a flair for photography / videography.
Experience with CMS platforms, Mailchimp and digital content management.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude – able to juggle deadlines, think creatively, and embrace new trends.
Relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset, balanced with independence and initiative amongst agency partners, stores and the internal team.
