About the Role

Reporting to the CEO and as a vital part of the leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and operational efficiency of our business. You’ll have oversight of all accounting functions, and manage all financial reporting, forecasting, and systems analysis, including stock reconciliation and inventory processes. This is a hands‑on role, in a unique business with a complex supply chain. To be successful, you will be a strategic thinker with attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead month‑end and year‑end reporting, budgeting, forecasting and board reporting
• Provide in‑depth financial and sales analysis and commercial insights on pricing and margins
• Work cross functionally to maintain accurate stock reconciliations, manage inventory and advise on demand planning
• Ensure compliance, tax filings and regulatory obligations are met
• Maintain financial systems and ensure data integrity
• Oversee accounts payable / receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and credit control
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to optimise systems, tools and processes

About You

You’re an experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and an aptitude for learning and adaptability in a fast‑growing start‑up environment.
