Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site role at our Albany office.

This position is responsible for building strong client relationships and delivering tailored telematics solutions that meet customer needs.

Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, conducting product consultations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and prospect new clients through cold calls, email outreach, and networking

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrations

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements

Track performance metrics and report on results

Collaborate with the sales team to refine and implement effective strategies

Qualifications

Proven sales and consulting expertise with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs

Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service, driving retention and loyalty

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for clear client engagement

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools

Familiarity with telematics, fleet management, or related industries
