Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a significant regulatory change initiative within a large, complex national organisation. This programme requires strong delivery discipline, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to navigate evolving requirements and tight regulatory timelines.

About the Role

You will take ownership of a major workstream focused on implementing new code requirements across commercial, operational, and data processes. Working closely with senior leaders, SMEs, and a dedicated PMO, you’ll drive planning, governance, risk management, and execution to ensure the organisation meets a fixed regulatory deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and critical‑path activities
• Establish and maintain governance frameworks, reporting, and documentation
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including commercial, data, operations, and change
• Ensure project delivery aligns with regulatory expectations and internal compliance standards
• Prepare high‑quality reporting and updates for senior executives and steering groups
