This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work 2 days in our Adelaide office or on the client site and 3 days a week from home or as agreed with your manager.

About the role

As a Senior Architect, Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform with Insight, you will own and drive challenging projects and work with customers to understand functional and business requirements and design appropriate solutions. You will be a strategic client SME, providing leadership and technical support to teammates.

Responsibilities

Assisting with developing new solution offerings, including training plans and sales enablement

Researching and evaluating client systems and architecture; drawing conclusions; and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives

Discussing project scope and budget with the customer and directing project scope to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing quality

Acting as a team lead on large engagements taking ownership of the project outcome and quality

Identifying and resolving project issues with clients

Writing proposal components or letters of understanding, as needed, and responding to RFPs and other marketing situations

Working with internal personnel to define service opportunities, and develop standards of delivery, templates, and standard work products to meet internal and external delivery expectations

Leading identification of business and technical requirements

Implementing technologies and solutions based on designs

Planning own and team’s work to meet given objectives and processes

Demonstrating analytical and systematic approach to problem solving and mentoring team members to follow this / her approach

Qualifications

Consultative

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to complex business requirements

Proficiency in integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow

Work with our customers to understand functional and business requirements and make appropriate technology recommendations

Strong technical leadership and architectural expertise, with a proven track record of guiding project teams and ensuring adherence to best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner

Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement

Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision

Understanding of project budgets, financials, and commercials

Ability to manage and mentor other team members

Deliver strategic consultancy services including enterprise maturity assessments, roadmaps and technology platform evaluations.

Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships, including representing Insight at conferences, User Groups and other marketing / PR activities as appropriate

Previous consulting / professional services experience is required

Technical

Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure , including knowledge of Azure DevOps and resource management

Expertise in security and compliance practices, particularly in relation to data privacy and governance within cloud-based solutions

In-depth knowledge of system scalability, reliability, and performance optimisation within the Dynamics 365 platform

Experience with complex CRM configuration and customisation including integration and data migration.

Experience in Dynamics CRM functional consulting

Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) to enhance business process automation and reporting

Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management

Experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit
