Maintenance Lead

Our King Street Engineering team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Maintenance Lead to join the crew.

As a Maintenance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of our maintenance operations, leading a team of 9 staff members, and contributing to the success of our organization.About the CompanyKraft Heinz is a leading global food company with a portfolio of iconic brands that bring joy and nourishment to people around the world.

Our company is built on a foundation of quality, integrity, and innovation, and we are passionate about creating a better future for all.Key ResponsibilitiesDefect Handling, Breakdown Elimination, and Health Checks : Ensure that defect handling, breakdown elimination, and health checks are functioning properly, and conduct at least three health checks per week.Team Management : Manage team-related tasks, including overtime, holiday, and performance management, and coach and support your team on the shop floor.Capital Projects and Maintenance Planning : Support capital projects and maintenance planning meetings, define priorities for overhauls, and participate in overhaul meetings.Shop Floor Presence : Spend 50% / 50% of your time on the shop floor, coaching, conducting health checks, and understanding failures.Documentation and Training : Document maintenance tasks, create standard maintenance procedures (SMPs), and train others on documented procedures to ensure knowledge sharing.Administrative Tasks : Focus administrative tasks on building systems for sustainable results, including breakdown investigations and capability building.Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) Digital Coach and MRE Pillar : Support the KHMS Digital Coach for the MRE pillar, implement maintenance strategy, asset criticality, and TBR, and split ownership of MRE chapters among maintenance leads.Collaboration : Work closely with maintenance technicians and other team members to execute tasks and achieve maintenance goals.Qualifications / About YouYou have a strong engineering background and experience in maintenance managementYou're a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsYou're passionate about building sustainable systems and implementing maintenance strategiesYou're looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth and developmentYou have experience with TBR process planningYou're able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyBenefitsA competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and inclusive work environmentThe chance to work with a global food company that''s passionate about making a differenceA collaborative and supportive team environmentReady to make an Impact?
