Job Description
He aha te tūranga – About the role : As part of a new initiative, we have an exciting opportunity for registered healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Hub. As a Secondary Triage Clinician, you’ll work alongside a talented team of Clinical Support Officers to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for conducting secondary triage and providing timely clinical advice and support via telephone and digital platforms.
This role can be based at our Integrated Operations Centres in Auckland or Christchurch. Standard hours are rostered 8‑hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 7 : 00am and 11 : 00pm, with some flexibility to extend as service demand requires.
This is a great opportunity to use your clinical expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment, helping ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.
