ROLE SUMMARY

ACG Sunderland, part of ACG Schools, is an independent, coeducational school located in west Auckland. We prepare our students for a lifetime of learning, equipping them with the academic, sporting and cultural skills they need to become balanced and independent global citizens.

Our purpose-built Early Learning School is looking for a Centre Administrator to join the team. Join our Centre for a permanent, part-time (16 hours per week) position from January 2026!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being the first point of contact for the centre
• Managing phone calls & communication
• Supporting the Centre Manager by arranging daily Centre tours, family interviews and meetings
• Assisting with office activities and day-to-day operations to ensure effectiveness and work efficiency and compliance to Centre policies and procedures
• Ensuing data entry is correct and completed in a timely manner
