Medical Receptionist - The Doctors Huapai / Waimauku

Waimauku & Huapai Clinics | 40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and high-performing team across our Waimauku and Huapai clinics.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days from Monday - Friday.

About You

You are warm, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.

You have a passion for delivering excellent patient experiences, and strong ability to stay calm and organised while juggling multiple tasks.

Proven experience as a medical receptionist (preferably in acute or urgent care)

Strong knowledge of general practice workflows and patient coordination

MedTech Evolution experience highly preferred

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy

A proactive, flexible team player with a positive attitude
