About the role

We currently have two roles available; one based in Hunter Home / the Outlet and one based in La-Z-Boy. Both roles are full time at approximately 38 hours per week, with at least one weekend working day required.

As a valued member of our team at Hunter Home & La-Z-Boy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and preferences.
• Providing product information, demonstrating features, and answering customer inquiries.
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment.
• Collaborating with teammates to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Upholding our commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
