The Role

As our sole Product Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers experience APLYiD. You’ll sit at the intersection of design, product, and technology, leading customer research, creating modern, intuitive designs, and building prototypes that push the boundaries of what’s possible with SaaS and AI.

You’ll work independently, but never in isolation, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, business stakeholders and customers to ensure every release is both beautiful and usable. You’ll be able to work closely with the engineers to understand technical limitations around design and adapt them when necessary to make the build simpler to deliver. This is a role for someone who loves digging into customer needs, isn’t afraid to test and learn fast, and wants to leave a clear design fingerprint on a product that’s growing globally.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality UX and UI design across our product suite.
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, engaging design solutions.
• Create and present journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces (Figma is your playground).
• Lead user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
• Contribute to team ceremonies (shaping, planning, retros) with a design perspective.
• Stay ahead of trends, particularly in AI and SaaS, and bring fresh thinking to how we design and deliver at speed.
