What you'll do | Hei mahi

• Process Management & Order Fulfillment : Follows set routines for timely and accurate process completion, ensuring online orders are picked correctly and fresh food quality meets standards.
• Team Leadership & Supervision : Leads the team ("swarm") to ensure correct work completion, provides on‑the‑job training and coaching, and steps up as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation : Identifies and timely escalates process‑related issues to the Function Lead for effective resolution.
• Safety & Wellbeing Advocacy : Champions a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and prioritising team wellbeing.
• Collaboration & Communication : Actively participates in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
