About the Role
As part of the Nursing Resource Team, you will work alongside and become an integral part of various teams.
You will have the opportunity to form collaborative relationships with Charge Nurse Managers (CNM), shift co-ordinators and all colleagues of the wider health team.
No two days are the same, if you are in search of variety this is the position for you.
We offer a supportive environment with a Nurse Educator, Clinical Nurse Co-ordinators (CNC) and a Charge Nurse Manger (CNM) to assist with your development.
The salary for this position will be based on experience and in line with the NZNO Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand Nursing and Midwifery collective agreement.

The Nursing Resource Team at Waikato DHB are an internal bureau of nurses who provide relief and support across all other nursing services, as and when required.
Our family orientated team gives you the opportunity to become multi-skilled and increase your knowledge by working in a variety of specialty and clinical areas.
We offer clinical education, coaching and PDRP support from competent to expert levels.
