About The Role
Join our collaborative squad as an Intermediate Software Engineer, contributing to high-impact solutions for our customers.
You'll work closely with your team to apply shared engineering standards that improve delivery efficiency, technical quality, and system stability, while continuing to grow your own skills and support a culture of engineering excellence.
You'll contribute to sprint goals, write clean and well-tested code, and participate in code reviews, design discussions and backlog refinement.
You'll support continuous delivery through shared CI / CD practices, apply secure coding standards and help maintain team documentation.
You'll also work with peers and senior engineers to reduce delivery friction and technical debt, engage in Communities of Practice, and support the Squad Lead and Lead Engineer as the team grows its capability.
About You
3+ years in software engineering, with experience in modern architecture, development practices and tooling.
Strong understanding of engineering quality principles.
Skilled communicator, able to translate standards into practice and build cross-functional alignment.
Comfortable challenging norms and resolving ambiguity.
Familiarity with cloud-native systems and enterprise-scale environments.
Experience with deployment pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar.
Ability to influence across reporting lines and product boundaries.
