Café Assistant

The role

We are excited to invite applications for a full-time Café Supervisor to join our team at The Sands in Browns Bay. Support our mission to reimagine retirement and aged‑care living by leading our onsite café and ensuring a positive experience for our residents and visitors alike.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the café, maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
• Implement and all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
• Hold current managers certificate
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider village teams to deliver a high standard of food, beverage, and hospitality service
