We're looking for a motivated individual to drive merchant growth and build strong partnerships.
In this role, you'll identify prospects, negotiate deals, onboard merchants, and support their success.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand and promote our Local Services offerings.
Source and engage potential partners face-to-face and virtually.
Lead negotiations and close merchant deals.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
Monitor merchant performance and drive engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams on cross-selling initiatives.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher.
1-3 years in sales / business development, preferably in Beauty & Wellness.
This candidate should be fluent in Mandarin is greatly advantageous as this will be liaising with Mandarin-speaking partners and customers.
Proficient in Google Workspace.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
Self-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented.
