The Role

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial direction, delivering accurate reporting and insights, improving operational efficiency, and driving commercial decision‑making across the business.

This is a broad and highly influential leadership role that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on management across all financial operations, systems, and processes. You will lead a team of seven and play a key role in ensuring the business operates effectively through strong financial discipline, technology integration, and sound risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive financial advice and insights to the CEO and Board
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
• Ensure full compliance with insurance industry regulations, taxation obligations, and financial reporting standards
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and all financial operations
• Deliver accurate monthly reporting and analysis to support decision‑making
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing finance team

Skills & Experience
