Looking for a new start next year?

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Teacher for our Under2 room to lead a team of another three educators.

We have great teachers to children ratio, about 1 : 3.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for supporting the development of young children.

Key responsibilities :

Lead and manage the under 2 Room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for infants and toddlers.

Develop and implement an engaging and age-appropriate curriculum, and leading the team in curriculum design

Foster strong relationships with families and the community

support centre manager in compliance check, rosters and duty share.

Requirement :

fully qualified teacher in Early Childhood Education

Minimum 3 years experience in early childhood education, and leadership experience required.

Demonstrate the knowledge of understanding the development of infants and toddler, and strong documentation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a supportive and inclusive environment for children and families from diverse backgrounds.
