Job descriptionExperience with digital communication, ideally including website publishing, social media management, email marketing, and video / photo content creation. Great verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Ability to operate independently, anticipate requirements, and monitor workload. Ability to handle multiple jobs and competing priorities. 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role preferred, but new graduates ready to make an impact are also encouraged to apply. Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting the corporate website and associated websites by updating content, driving usage, and maintaining the content management system.
- Sending Council e-newsletters, news stories, and updates.
- Providing reports, insights, and analysis on digital channel usage.
- Assisting with video creation, overseeing the YouTube channel, video subtitling, and liaising with suppliers.
- Responding to social media questions and comments, and supporting digital advertising.
- Collaborating as a critical member of the Communication and Engagement Unit and reporting to the Digital Media Manager.
