Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Rotate across different roles and business functions within DuluxGroup's core business areas and brands such as Dulux, Yates, Selleys, and Cabots

Participate in skill-building workshops and cross-functional exposure during the first-year rotation

Take on increased responsibility and advanced professional skills training in the second-year rotation

Engage in immersive projects and business simulations to build capability

Work with experienced leaders and be paired with a dedicated senior leader mentor

Contribute to real roles with real accountability from day one

About You

The company is looking for :

Graduates who have finished or will finish their degree by February

Curious, driven individuals keen to progress their career

Willingness to relocate within New Zealand or to Australia during the program, with support provided

New Zealand work rights or a graduate visa valid for 3+ years
