You’ll spot opportunities, offer tailored advice, and deliver seamless solutions using smart tech and a whole lot of heart. If you love making a real impact and thrive on helping others succeed, this is your kind of role.We’re looking for someone who’s confident, curious, and committed to doing what’s right for our customers. You might already have lending experience - or you might be ready to grow into it. Either way, you’ll bring :
• At least 2 years’ experience in a professional or customer-focused role, ideally within financial services
• An understanding of risk, regulation, and doing business safely
• The ability to build trust and rapport with customers and community partners
• Clear communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A tech-savvy mindset and a passion for simple, smart solutions
• NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 (Lending strand) is a bonus
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance is preferred
