Tawa Group is a proudly New Zealand-owned company managing a portfolio of accommodation properties across Waitomo, New Plymouth and growing. We’re now bringing some of our digital marketing in-house, and we are looking for a proactive individual to work on our Google AdWords and SEO strategy in this Part‑time role of approximately 20 hours per week. If you’re ready to take ownership of performance marketing and help us grow our reach and revenue, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and optimise Google AdWords campaigns across multiple properties
• Lead SEO efforts, including keyword research, on‑page optimisation, and technical audits
• Build dashboards and report on performance linked to bookings and revenue
• Provide input into social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram) as needed
• Collaborate with leadership and content creators to align strategy and execution
