Practice Nurse – South Auckland

We are seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join a family‑oriented general practice serving the South Auckland community. This is a full‑time role within a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values high‑quality, patient‑centred care. The position requires someone confident in managing day‑to‑day nursing responsibilities and delivering exceptional care with autonomy, while working collaboratively with clinicians and allied health professionals to improve health outcomes for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Current Annual Practicing Certificate from New Zealand Nursing Council
• Experience working in Primary Care
• Specialty knowledge and practice expertise in both an autonomous and collaborative setting
• A high degree of autonomy, with great assessment and time management skills
• Experience working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds
