We’re looking for an enthusiastic Catering Supervisor to join our team at the Southern Cross site in Christchurch. This is a permanent part-time role, working 25 hours per week on a Fixed Roster : Tuesday to Saturday 3pm to 8pm.
In this position you will be responsible for;
Ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction through the provision of meals and beverages to our patients.You will be taking exceptional care of people by enhancing the overall dining experience while performing patient meal service.This includes menu selection, tray assembly and delivery, general kitchen cleaning and temperature monitoring.Experience in health care environment desirable but not required.You will be hard working, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.You will have strong verbal communication, reading and writing abilities, be able to interact with patients and staff congenially.Ideally you will already have some experience working in a similar role and have great customer service skills.You will have a caring and outgoing personality linked with a mature and responsible attitude.Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for food, customer service and quality.Competitive remunerationTraining & Development ProgramsDiscounts on Medical insurance, and banks, to hotels, insurance, and more!Rewards and recognitionEAP ServicesMo matou / About us :
