Fortuna is our very own buffet style restaurant which features a live carvery, freshly baked breads, Asian specialities and a fantastic range of fresh salads and an extensive selection of homemade, tasty desserts. Fortuna is perfect for a number of occasions, especially for large groups that want to indulge in a wide range of delicious cuisine.

Mou | About You

You will be an enthusiastic and skilled professional with a passion for preparing high quality food, providing extraordinary customer service, be able to work autonomously, while maintaining high standards. You will also :

• At least 2 years' experience in a Commi Chef position
• NZQA level 4 qualification in cookery or minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
• Complete basic food hygiene certificate
• Able to work comfortably on a section alone
