Care Center Transfer Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of drivers to ensure compliance with company standards and protocols
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to drivers.
• Transport deceased human remains and customers from various locations to Funeral Home and Cemetery
• Assist with funeral services such as transferring and lifting of deceased human remains, dressing and casketing, visitation, viewings and witness insertions at the crematory
• Handle general maintenance and cleaning of vehicles belonging to facility
• Help maintain facilities in a clean and orderly manner
• Treat all customers and passengers with courtesy and respect at all times.
• Drive company vehicles within legal standards
