About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities involve the growth and development of our onsite staff, Daily landfill operations, and our organics compost operations
As a leader in the business, you will coach staff and consistently improve our performance across all aspects of the operation with a constant focus on exceptional levels of health & safety and pride in ensuring contractual services and customer-first care are delivered to an exceptional standard.

As an ideal candidate you will have :
To succeed, at your disposal you will have your direct report support team and wider operational team that includes office administration, HSEQ and a mix of company and contracted operators.
