OverviewLead Software Engineer - Product & Technology at Xero.

We're hiring for multiple positions with a focus on two key areas : Xero Product, where you will work to continuously improve the features of Xero software; and Xero Platform, where you\'ll build and maintain critical applications and services consumed by teams throughout Xero globally.As a Lead Engineer you will be a key part of one of our product teams.

It is a hands-on role, the focal point where technical decisions meet strategic thinking.

You\'ll support the team by providing guidance and coaching around what great delivery, testing and performance practices look like.

These roles can enable you to grow into a Principal Engineer or Architecture role as you demonstrate the ability to influence the organization towards engineering excellence.We believe a solid technical foundation and a growth mindset are keys to success in Software Engineering.
