You'll be stepping into a pivotal role as the in-house civil specialist.In this position, you'll take ownership of all underground services and civil design, helping to streamline internal design processes and ensure smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities IncludeModelling and designing stormwater, wastewater, and water supply systemsPreparing and reviewing earthworks designsProducing project documentation for building consentSupporting project delivery through accurate, timely design inputImplementation of in-house design processes and software.Client and stakeholder liaison / problem solving and design managementWhat's on Offer : Flexible role – suitable for an intermediate through to senior-level engineer / designerA pivotal opportunity within a collaborative, supportive teamExposure to a wide variety of unique projects – from government organisations to high-end residential developmentsThe chance to be part of a business that is continuing to grow and expand its capabilitiesFlexible salary package open to all levels of intermediates and senior candidates.To be the successful applicant, you will bring : A tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar disciplineExperience in civil design, ideally within land development or building projectsProficiency in relevant design software (e.g. Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD or similar)Strong technical capability with a practical approach to problem solvingThe ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of your projectsExcellent communication skills and confidence liaising with clients, consultants, and councilThis is a rare opportunity to take ownership of your work, play a key role in project outcomes, and be part of a company on an exciting growth journey.Get In TouchApply here or email your application direct to
